Proper source-removal cleaning takes hours and commercial equipment. A price that low is an entry fee, not a service — the real bill is written after they're inside.
Mold found within five minutes
Mold identification needs sampling and lab analysis. A crew that both 'finds' mold and sells the remediation has an obvious conflict of interest.
Scare photos from another house
Ask for photos of your ducts, timestamped, with your registers visible. We send them for every job whether you ask or not.
Mandatory chemical sealants or foggers
Sealants and foggers are optional at best and can be harmful when misapplied. Nobody should tell you they're required.
