How often should ducts be cleaned in South Florida?
For most homes here, every 3 to 5 years is reasonable — sooner after a renovation, a water event, a new pet, or if someone in the home has asthma or allergies. Humidity makes our timelines shorter than in drier states.
How long does a duct cleaning take?
A typical single-system home takes roughly 3 to 5 hours. Larger homes, multiple systems and commercial buildings take longer. Anyone promising 45 minutes is not doing source removal.
Will duct cleaning fix my allergies?
It removes one common source of triggers — dust, dander and mold spores circulating through the system. It isn't a medical treatment, and we won't claim it cures anything.
Do I need mold testing or mold remediation?
Test first if you don't know. Testing tells you whether there's a problem and how big. Remediation without testing is guessing, and we won't sell remediation off a photo.
Is the quote really flat?
Yes. The written scope is the invoice. If we discover something genuinely different from what was described, we stop, show you, and you approve any change before we continue.
Do you work in condos and high-rises?
Regularly. We provide certificates of insurance for management, work within elevator and service-entrance rules, and protect common areas.
Do you offer commercial contracts?
Yes — recurring maintenance for offices, retail, multi-unit buildings and facilities, with per-system pricing and documentation for ownership or insurers.
